Poem 5: A Perfect Childhood

Poem 5: A Perfect Childhood

A Poem by Spirit Of Poetry

A Perfect Childhood

Watching your favourite cartoons on your television screen,

Making "lovely" scribbles in your notebook, red, yellow and green,

Saying "hello" mummy when you wake up in the morning,

Going into school, enjoying yourself, it isn't boring,

Playing on the school's playground with your friends,

Having a competition, "Who can draw the best", with your collection of biro pens,

Going on a school trip, going to Chester Zoo,

Getting on the coach and you sleep all the way through,

Coming back to have a hug off your mum after the coach had come back home,

You zoom around the house, to your bedroom to have another nice sleep, no longer can be bothered to roam.
