Poem 10: Feelings Are Important

Feelings are important, they're vital, they'll tell anybody whether your feeling, 

Good enough to go on stage, even at the dance recital. 

Feelings are important, without them you would be a robot, 

With feelings, they'll tell your teacher if you are feeling sick, 

Or whether you are feeling rather ill a lot, they'll tell people if you're upset, 

Without them, we would all be the same, I bet. Your happy, feeling crappy,  

feeling sad, feeling bad, feeling mad, feeling angry, feeling hungry, feeling ill, 

Feeling like you willing to kill, Like your eyes are going to fill, 

With water. Salty tears. Crying is important, crying is good, 

Instead of bottling it up, it's nice to just, let it out, 

You'll feel better, without any doubt, feeling mad? Well, kick your shoe on a wall,  

Until you are no longer feeling sad and mad, 

Feeling sad? Well this is going to be the worst moment, 

You've ever had, girl, are you feeling upset?  

Speak to a friend, the most reliable one you've ever met, 

You'll get happier soon, it's going to fly away, 

You'll become the happiest, the happiest you'll ever get. 

Release your feelings, do not care what anyone says, 

Hit the f*****g ceiling, get it out of your system, 

Flow those tears, have those beers, kick those walls, man, get some balls! 

Reality calls, shout and scream, Like you've been wanting to do, this is a moment,  

for you, to release your feelings. 

So just remember... 

Your feelings are important, your feelings are vital, 

Let them go, let people know, 

Your pissed off because the car has been submerged by snow.
