Poem 23: Pros and Cons of the Twenty-First Century

Poem 23: Pros and Cons of the Twenty-First Century

A Poem by Spirit Of Poetry

You have fantastic cures,

For disgusting diseases,

You have intelligent cameras,

That easily secures,

You have technology replacing,

Pianos, Guitars, and Drums,

There are celebrities,

With implants,

With enormous bums,

So big if they ever went on a plane,

They would have to buy two tickets,

For yourself,

One for one bum cheek,

One for another,

What an idiot,

Then she might get cold,

The whole jacket she had,

Would not be enough to cover.

Celebrities in the music industry,

Making millions for crap,

Having technology too difficult to use,

It also replaces your map,

But there are nanobots,

To fix and alter,

Harmed parts of the body,

There are more people,

Overdosing on 'Hot Toddy'.

People are idiots, aren't they?
