Poem 32: The Darkest Teenager

Poem 32: The Darkest Teenager

A Poem by Spirit Of Poetry

The Darkest Teenager:

Well, I'm sorry to tell you,

Some really bad news,

Your dad died in a car crash today,

I can't say it in any other way,

But the only thing I can also say,

Is sorry. I feel bad for you kid,

Goodbye, get well, I bid,

Hang on, are those words what you are saying, true?

That my dad's death, is nothing but new?

Well what do I do?

Good day, I bid to you!

I've been waiting for this moment, for seventeen years,

Shall we go to the pub, and have a few beers?

I was hoping he would die soon,

I was wishing all my life,

Or I myself, would pick up the knife.
