Paradox

The anger that seizes me
Hurts me physically
Cutting, drugs, humiliation
I haven't found an outlet that works for me
I wish I could change your cells
Change your energy, matter, atoms, blood
So you won't hurt me
Because I don't want to change myself
And I want a place where everones accepting
But to do that, I'd have to change you

I can't accept the world as it is
I'm part of the problem
So sometimes I live in a dream
It just works better for me
Tried many times to end the world, just living in my dream
I have to accept
This is the world
Until I'm done, then all will be alright
Because there's a better place for me
We'll all be accepting

Nurturing
I want a slice of Heaven on this earth
But I ask for too much
