Life vs Death

You start out with light in your eyes

a smile on your face

Laughs  from your mouth.

The tears form in your eyes

That smile fades

And no sound can come from your mouth

You drop to your knees and realise what you've done.

You've lose yourself.

You let everything go,

Now your dead

without a breath,

or a soul....
