Golden Life

Golden Life

A Poem by StarryNights

Let the golden sun shine tonight,

As the dawn erupts into fire

The red, the orange, the tint of pink

Rays of light descending down on the human race

Separated by the not so innocent thoughts

Blissful in the sun

To ignorant of the moon of night

Peaceful the ocean

Raging of the storm of black

Living a non-exist life

Breathing without a thought

Suffocating in the every day plan

Wanders endlessly down never-ending paths

Heavy and wicked leaves the abandoned tonight

Constant changes to a continuous life

It's not the same, but a variation of the pain

Aloft the sands of time

Sleep drowsy to the twisted dreams tonight
