As night begins its journey
As the stars rise from their deep slumber
As nature is at peace
As silence reigns
As coldness prevails
As the moon is born once again

Dreams take us to places we never knew
Revealing our heart's true desire
Our hopes and fears
While our mind rests
Preparing for a new day

Dreams take us on a journey
Short but meaningful
Fulfill our hope though impermanent
Allows us to see our possible futures
While we wonder
With our insignificant presence
