Destination Unknown

Sitting in a Boat

Travelling along the River of Life

The water rushing and splashing around me

A thin curtain of Mist above the River

A glimpse of what the River have to offer

While the rest remain hidden away from sight

Taking me to an unknown place

 

The currents took me on a winding journey

I enjoyed the scenery surrounding me

The mysterious trees and the beautiful flowers

Although they only last a few seconds

Until the River took me around another bend

The Mist swirling playfully and gracefully

 

I tried to fight the River

Refusing to let the River take control

Of my Boat and my Journey

But it was all in vain

I accepted it and continue with the flow

No matter where the River brings me

Even though I cannot foresee my Destination

I will always be happy for my Journey on the River

Never forgetting each and every precious Moment
