Iron & Water

Iron & Water

A Poem by Steve H
"

Just a curious tale of sorts..

"

There once was a man who was made out of iron
He was strong, he was tough, he was mean
And he fell for a woman made just out of water
Delicate, simple and clean.

And the two fell in love and moved in with each other
The two felt so much more than lust
So imagine their shock when they went to bear children
And all she produced was some rust!!

Sounds like one of those nursery rhythms that get told over and over again...and the kids just never get it. lol! The adults do of course! Fun poetry!
