A poem I wrote for my girlfriend

My eyes don't see you

they look through you

My ears don't hear you

they listen to you

My hands don't touch you

they feel you

My lips don't kiss you

they taste you

My heart doesn't beat for you

it belongs to you

My mind doesn't think about you

it thinks only of you

My life belongs to me

but I want to share it with you
