Know That I Too
We are never alone (a poem for mental health month)
Waiting

Waiting

A Poem by Jason Harris

Waiting, waiting,

Oh where has the time gone?

I thought I’d distract myself

But nothing seems to work.

Anxiety rising,

Thinking about things

That will happen once

The crucial time comes.

It’s gotten to the point of

Where I’m shaking.

I have to get out,

I can’t take the suspense anymore.
