A Poem by Subliminal Silence

the blood flows like rivers down the landscape of....
the veins are opened like a broken sewer line
gushing toxins, pouring forth onto the street
onto the pale, moonlight streets of her body
toxic... burning antifreeze green in the basin
in the tub and smeared across the floor
in handprints complete with whorls from fingers
there is no end here as there is no beginning
the freezing tile breaks fingers in half as the slide down
smearing blood into the cracks, into the veins
dripping down like dying tears drying and caking
coagulating infinitely the slick sticky gel
smeared down the cabinet doors and pooling on the floor
the blood flows like rivers down the landscape of...
veins opened like broken sewers...
and they said marianne killed herself and i said, not a chance... not a chance*

Very provocative! You really paint a grotesque scene without being over the top. Loved it!

Holy wow....

That, was simply wonderful. A beautiful catastropy that I couldnt keep my eyes off of. I loved every bit of it... even if it was sad.
