You say that you love me,

But I wonder if that's true.

All these pretty girls I see,

All of them hang on you.

You said we'd be forever,

Our love would never die.

Then my trust you sever...

Was everything a lie?

I knew I never deserved your love,

I knew you were too great.

Your love pure white like a dove,

But its begun to dull as of late.

You say that you love me,

But I wonder if that's true.

I know your past was so rough,

I know you need something lovely.

But I won't ever be enough,

The problem is I am me.

Ah you sell yourself short my poetic sister, I think that they do not deserve the love a fine poet, like I have witnessed here. They severed your trust not the other way around. You are better off without them. Find someone who loves you like a fine poetess should be loved!
