Mirror

A Poem by I love you; just not today.

I look in your eyes all I see;
Is confusion, dismay and disbelief.
Your eyes are red from all the tears,
They show all your failures and all of your fears.
What can I do, to help this girl?
I can see her head in a whirl;
Spinning around, afraid to speak.
I wonder, what made this girl so weak?
Its like, she crash landed on to the floor.
Her eyes are watery, her heart is sore,
She's looking back into her past.
Where did it go? Its gone ...   just like that.
I wonder, what made her look so sad?
She looks so tired, angry and mad.
Who did this to her? I do not know.
She is hanging on to something, and can't let go.
I look at my reflection...

Who's that I see?
I just see a girl, that can't be me.
I just stare back, look right through my face.

She can't be me, she looks like a disgrace.
I have learnt that, when you fall
No one will hear you, when you call.
Its my time to go,
What happened to me, one day...

 I might not ever know.
