Wish

I wrote this for one of my friends.

Forever and a day,
Forever and a night.
She'll do anything ...
To get him by her side.
Hating her for having him,
Hating herself for losing him.
Now he's out there,
With some other girl.
Now she wishing upon a shooting star ...
Wishing it would all change.
Someday she may get her wish,
But not today.
