Leary of meeting someone online
Wondering what to say and at what time

Always shocked when I get an alert
Hoping I don't end up hurt

An honest man with real feelings
No lies, no concealing

I do have hope love may exist for me
Only time will tell, one day I'll see

May this poem brighten your day
May you believe the words I say

I won't fall too fast I won't push to far
I just want a chance to know who you are

I appreciate the time you're providing
And the roads we'll soon be riding
