each moment.
She dwells  in my heart  whole day
always seeing her
I hear her sweet voice
that always seems new to me

Instead of telling the reader how you feel about someone we know nothing about, why not make the reader feel that way?

When you read the poem the words evoke memories, emotion, and images that reside in your brain. But when someone who is not you reads it, the words evoke memories, emotion, and images that reside in YOUR brain.

In short: make them live it, not learn about it.
