If I Ever Lose You

If I ever lose you I don't know what I would do

Whenever the thought of it comes to mind my heart sinks and my eyes cry and I can't breathe instantly anxiety arises in me

I cannot imagine having to live without having you
to wake up without you every morning I wouldn't want to

Everytime I think of it my heart becomes so troubled and I can't see a clear view of my future

I dont mean to sound selfish though
I know I cannot hold you in my arms forever

But until then I'm going to enjoy every second every minute every hour and every moment that we have here together

I don't want to take one day for granted that I get to be with you

I don't want to argue or disagree anymore even if your wrong

I just want to listen and trust you and let God do the changing that needs to happen between me and you

Our struggles to see eye to eye no longer matters to me

Life is too short to be angry and mad over who is right who is wrong and
wanting our points to be made

It no longer matter to me

The only thing that has come to matter to me more

Is that I still have you

I don't know what I would do if I ever lose you

I know I would have to manage and be strong about it

But I honestly believe one of these days my hearts going to go out just thinking about the thought of it

You are my world as Jesus is and without you being in the center of my Life with him


I just cannot fathom living without you

So in that being said you must know

You & Jesus are the Center of my heart and soul that forces itself to function
