As you explore the hub, you'll find basketball hoops attached to the side of some buildings. On the way, you will also stumble upon NPCs who will give you quests to finish. Like their counterparts in virtually every other MMO, they'll have an exclamation mark over their heads to let you know they've got an assignment for you to complete. Obviously, there are also in-game shops across the world where you can customize your character's look.
