On Food

Vitamins, proteins and calcium are all what we need.

To me dear friends, pay heed.

Fruits and vegetables should be part of our daily food.

So that our health will be really good.

High on nutrition and low on fat are the key words.


Milk will give us our calcium rich for our bones along with sweet curds.


Sugar and deep fried snacks we will have to stay away from.

Cycle, walk, swim, play a game or dance to the beats of a drum.

Losing weight is never easy says a tired one after an exercise workout before hitting the pillows.

Alas, how fast it is to put on the kilos!

Will power, control, watching your diet and a regular fitness routine will help to reach our goals.

This is the law of a perfect image for all from each end of the poles.

Be it bread or rice, whole grained is the best to be well fed.

In the long run, it will keep you away from a hospital bed!

Eat sensibly and exercise daily if you love your heart, say the cardiologists and of your body's needs, be aware.

Crash diets or binge eating will get you nowhere.
