You're Worth It

You're Worth It

A Poem by Frank Purcell
"

I dated the "main girl" at school, but fell in love with one of her closest friends. I broke up with the "main girl"and dated her friend. Lets just say it didnt sit well in the social society.

"
I look around and its plain to see
The hate in their eyes when they look at me
I walk around  with eyes on my back
Hearing the whispers, they say im wack

I look around, and im confronted by frowns
Trapped in my chest, this anger pounds
Im about to snap; just goto calm down
Slowly i force  my eyes to the ground

Confronted by strangers, confronted by fate
Confronted by dissaproval, confronted by hate
Eyes look right through me, leaving a hole
And once again, love takes its tole

Deep inside myself, in the corner i sit
My image trashed slowly, bit by bit
Been through it all and still treated like s**t
But then i look at you; and its all worth it!
