And yet you belive

And yet you belive

A Poem by Vee

Hope is nothing but false truth

a truth you think belongs to you

Something you know is not proof

And yet you belive

Love is nothing but a feeling

Something you keep near you at all times

It always keeps your mind reeling

And yet you belive

Faith is diffrent to everyone

its twisted and confussing

You don't know if its a cun

And yet you belive

And yet you belive

Hope, Love, and Faith - such wonderful topics for discourse and debate. Such words that should hold such pleasant meaning, yet are all so twisted and corrupt. It is interesting to note how you point out the frailties and what is wrong with each (though there is so much more that is wrong with them as well... even as there is so much that is right with them)... then throw in the statement and yet you believe. Yes, some people believe blindly in hope, love, and faith. Some people believe blindly there is no hope, no love, and no faith. Some have weighed their options and made their choice. This is an elegant piece in the manner that it provokes thought - well done.

I liked this. It had a great message to it. I think the flow was good, no rough spots. It was a great write and you expressed your self elegantly.
