Genisteae, the broom

Genisteae, the broom

A Poem by Titus
"

Having twice asked Spring Park school via email, an invite to the school, in remembrance to the day when I were there, [1955-57],

"

I have become closely related to my surroundings, as collimations try

To bring in line with my hopes and dreams, the Genisteae have stood;

Adapted to the dry with the isolation tryst included, this my sanctuary.

Slender adding mystery to the cumulonimbus way of gathering would

Imply sparsely, running through the gaps tracing what is an imaginary.

Exclusive as the species are, how debonair was hidden, wonder sweeps

With glistening nature sometimes still, I’m wistful in ways to overgrow

Incentives, my golden locks collude the windless day, tho nature sleeps,

Extending as far as the eye can see, so small am I, a boy, it’s all I know.

Coherence standing, diversity the same by reference with a hardy towed

I do recall my mother’s yell, a bifid lower lip would fill emboss as will

A sterner outlook, fine fettle, beginning of a book was this brief episode

Dimorphic anthers would elope my past, in search for always, as I until...

By the modern means, intent on healing, replacing the fires the alluring

State by definition, the superlatives stored segregate a dwindling aspect

Myself, regrowth occurring as far back, as the flowers show the spring,

The greatest discovery, while aril thoughts can listen evergreens reflect.

Origin unknown, the common obligatory starved of affection can albeit,

In slumber, keep sincere the presence of alkaloids uncovered minutely-

Traces of the cumbersome is born, a sense of the sublime an enumerate

Aspiration, this stature exists to uncover knowledge, and most astutely.
