Eyes

Those eyes reel me in

They're so deep and adventurous.

All I see are your eyes

Every time I tug at the line,

the hook pulls me closer.

I try to break away but it hurts,

and do your eyes realize

I cant let go?

Time seems to stop

when I'm below the surface.

I'm just bobbing away

 so vulnerable to the comfort of your eyes.

Your unique intense stare

causes the hook to rust,

and my body to burn.

Your beautiful eyes

Manage to see me below the water,

and I feel so small.

I wish your eyes could notice mine.
