A silly poem!

  TUBE LIGHT

One day little Sam asked of the Lord

Mr. God, please give me an iPod.

He waited and waited and waited for long,

But finally gave up and moved on.

 

Next year he asked for a video game,

And after that for a dog that he can tame.

Both of these he got one after the other,

First from his father, second from his mother.

 

Now, three years later, his uncle comes from London,

Bringing with him a cute little bundle.

Sam opens it and cries, “Oh Lord”

For in it is the latest black iPod!

Uncle is sad thinking the gift isn’t right,

But Sam assures him saying, “No, it’s just...God is such a tube light!”
