Another Midnight Countess Poem

Another Midnight Countess Poem

A Poem by Tai-San
"

I just want people to know about me more...

"

Midnight Countess
She sees when you sleep,
Wandering into the darkness.
Within the girl,
She is a mystery.
Her past haunts her living days,
As she cuts her pain away,
She watches the blood flow from her human body.

At school, you wonder who she must be.
Her eyes look deceiving in so many ways,
As tears flow from them.
You ask her her name,
And off she flies,
To get another victim.

What is it that she hides?
And where does she hide them?
Within her writings are meanings.
Ones that no one can understand.

Is it that she hates everyone, in all sight?
When someone comes,
Is it her who starts the fight?

This Countess,
She wants to know.
If you are born with no one around,
Will, the same way, they go?
What makes a human?
And why is she not one of them?
Is it her who plans everyone’s demise?

This girl you see,
Crosses the floor with majesty.
How did she become so limber?
Why is she so quickening?
What makes this girl want to cry and cut her humanity to death?

Is it because of all that’s happened in her life?
Or is it the present, that’s yet to come?

People listen,
For a short time only,
To what she has to say.
When she brings vampires or witches into the scene,
They’ve done their listening.

She talks of true blood- suckers that prowl the Earth,
And people who are spell-casters.
She builds this magical world,
With the one we all live in.

The Countess,
She wears such odd things,
But says odder.
Wearing nothing but a long dress and a cape,
She has much to be adored.

Who is this girl?

That is the question we all ask about the Countess.
You will find out,
And I shall say no more.
