So I'm depressed and a lot of my friends tell me they are there for me but they always end up leaving

To everyone who has said that they are there for me if I ever need to talk,

Thank you but I can't talk about how I feel to people because I know that as soon as I do the person will leave and I'll be all alone in my head again and I can't be not again. I'm sorry, I really appreciate everything you guys are trying to do but I can't keep losing people, I love you guys that care enough to even tell me that you're there for me I really do but I just can't open up to anyone not anymore...
