The end and The start

The end and The start

A Poem by Utopia

The worthy enemy that I once fought,
A battle, all our own;
Surrounded by a pale, dark sight,
A reminder set in stone.

It came to me, struck all that's dear
And left, without a clue;
It took a glass and gave a toast
To our battle-
For eternity.

The shadow of my former self
Barely stands a chance;
The moment has arrived, at last!
It's time to make a change.

For all the plans made and forgot.
For all the hopes, and memories.
For all the light that shines our path.
For all the times we should have fought.
For all our wishes.
For our Future.
For our Change.

Let's overcome the Pain.

Author's Note

Utopia
I'm sorry for not writing earlier, as you can see I have been fighting with depression (my enemy) for a long time now, but my friends have helped me overcome it and even though I still feel sad or down sometimes, it's not nearly as bad as before. Right now, I'm doing everything in my power to win every single battle. Thank you for reading.
