Blank Canvas

Blank Canvas

A Poem by Serenity

Killing her slowly

it hurts to breathe

Eyes follow her lead

as it gets hard to see

It hurts and so she will flee

Her vision is blurry

Her heart now tainted

So she lays on the ground

The walls around her now painted

Her pure white skin, her once clean canvas

now drenched in crimson slashes

Well you did say that you write sad stuff.....very bleak, this...I do comedy and this is most definitely the other side of that particular coin......Emotional though

Now this is dark and the emotions pour off of this page. You have done wonderfully with this and I enjoyed it. Very cool.

Beats the love poems. Murder in poetic form. It's good and a nice break. I like the panic like pace and the ending was like a cold realization. Keep at it.
