He's Worth More Than Pain

He's Worth More Than Pain

A Poem by Areya Valena
"

This is A Reply To K.A.M. 's poem called Walk Away, You should go read his too :)

"

Her wrists yearn,
and he cries out for her,
she fights the damned feeling with all her power...
Cause, tell me, whats the use of her hurting,
if he's hurting too?

Her wrists shoot with a pain,
that hits from her heart to her fingertips,
and he turns away.
She holds back the tears and bites her lips,
Cause, tell me, what's the use of doing it,
if he's around anyway.

She holds the blade to her wrist,
and a text message shows on her screen.
"I love You Babydoll"
And she drops the blade,
cause there's no use in hurting,
if he's gonna leave her forever.
For her to hurt forever,
and cut forever,
all without him here.

So she goes with out the knife,
and she hasn't looked back since,
he's worth more than a little blood,
he's everything to her.
