Will you?

It's a poem that I had made, well actually a song to be honest, but either way, it was what I used to ask out my girlfriend.

 

I'll never forget that day

When my eyes first set on you

You smacked me in the face,

Yeah, you know that it’s true.

 

And I’ll never forget that feeling,

Of the first very time that you,

Placed your arms around me

There was nothing I could do.

 

You held me close and cuddled me,

My cheeks began to blush

Hell, for the longest time

You’ve been my female crush

 

I can’t believe that someone like you

Had dropped down from up above

Into the arms of this weary man

And now all I feel is love

 

As I search and search, I cannot find

The perfect words to say,

To describe how amazing you are

And why I feel this way

 

I feel like I’m flying

When you press your lips to mine

So take my hands and please let

Our fingers intertwine
