Eyes

Eyes

A Poem by Tattiana

Eyes can say so much about you
When I look at yours I see many things
I see pain, lots of pain
Exhaustion
Frustration
Disappointment
But I also see love
Lots of love
Now THAT I've always seen
A pureness, an authenticity like no other
I see a sparkle that others may not have the ability to recognize
Or that you may not want to be seen
A sparkle that is dim but there
Your eyes say I yearn to be loved
I need to be loved
Just look into mine
And you needn't look any further

Eyes do say a lot (got my own Eyes poem).
This is uplifting and comforting. Think everyone would envy having this type of empathy and support.

I really liked that part a lot, it made me smile. We all just want to be loved, don't we?
