She Doesn't Wanna

She Doesn't Wanna

A Poem by T. Edana Talbott

She doesn’t wanna know,
Where you go.

She doesn’t wanna hear,
From your ex-girlfriend,
That you’re a great kisser.

She doesn’t wanna know,
How much you miss her.

So don’t tell her!
She doesn’t care to know.
Shut your trap and go!

Walk away, she doesn’t wanna hear,
What you have to say.
You should say sorry, if anything.
But she doesn’t wanna know.

Why don’t you apologize?
Don’t just say goodbye

You don’t wanna leave,
You’re in love,
She’s just too sweet!

Walk away, she doesn’t wanna hear,
What you have to say.
You should say sorry, if anything.
But she doesn’t wanna know.

Try not to hurt her again.
She has so much love to give.

Walk away, she doesn’t wanna hear,
What you have to say.
You should say sorry, if anything.

She doesn’t wanna...

She doesn’t wanna know.

She doesn’t wanna…

She doesn’t wanna know.

I can relate to the emotion in this piece. I am (of course) never the one that this happens to, but I've seen it happen to many girls (and women) before. The sentence "she doesn't wanna know" really sums up what I think most women feel after they're hurt; it's like no words can ease the pain. Thanks for sharing this piece.
