Letting Go

  As I've said Nadine and i were very close in middle school. I figured she would join me in being unpopular after happened with Olivia. You see it was the end of 8th grade.....

Olivia approached me, with Nadine and Mackenzie Sylvester (my BFF and her twin) at her side.

"S**T" I silently whispered. Olivia was one of those girls who had a way of extending her angry aura. So it was fairly easy to guess when she was mad. The hard part was figuring out why. Once she reached me she spoke up with ferocity "Why weren't you at the meeting yesterday!?"

"My parents said i was grounded and if I snuck out i couldn't go to semi-formal." Then calmer she said:

"Really you're worried about semi's? You were supposed to be there! You know the rules if you miss one more your out!"

She had practically hissed the last line. I knew she meant it. Then Olivia's ex asked me out a couple of days later. Problem was is i had a boyfriend already. What I didn't know is she put him up to it. Apparently Nathan had a huge thing for me. When Liv found out she slept with my boyfriend Jason. I found out she slept with him when Nathan asked me out again 4 weeks later.  Even though i knew she meant it when she said she would drop me. I stopped going to meeting then one faithful day i got the letter.

" Dear miss smarty pants,

          

                I hereby decree that you are not ,and never again will be, popular!

Reason: Because i said so!

Sincerely,

  the pop council."

Olivia cant spell or insult so I'm guessing another member helped her. This brings us to present day.
