The Abyss

The Abyss

A Poem by Tempest Skye

My head is spinning as I clench my chest
I can feel myself falling into the dark abyss
My heart contracts a fierce aching pain
the darkness surrounds me as I cry out for help
I close my eyes as I hit the ground in a daze
laying there barely breathing as my dreams fade
There I lay broken,dreamless, soulless
another victim of loves abyss
