The Science of Negativity

The Science of Negativity

A Poem by The Golden Pen

Kinetic streams flow through her brain
Black as death, the water moves along,
In filthy rivulets; engulfing joy; making one insane.
Oh, fiendish hound retrieve to where you belong!

Oh wretched fiend that robs the soul
Of all innocence, love and pleasure,
Be gone from sight, Go back to Sheol.
You love to punish man, Oh fierce dementor!

God, save us from this unholy apparition
That comes to us in the stillness of the night
To invade our dreams and lead the soul unto perdition;
Restore to us once more our hopes, dreams and delight.

A phantom encased within a clouded shroud,
This souless sprite breathes and lives for nothing else
But to breathe contempt and foul words aloud,
Which contaminate our dreams and mental health;

No mortal soul  is safe from the demontor's kiss,
Tormenting with a dark, sick, macabre science.

Heady kinetic negativity is truly a petty demon .... Love this piece with it's mystical view of how negative thoughts foul up our brain waves ... We are all prone to it's grasp and battle to kill off it's influence ... GOOD JOB,GP !!!
