Demolition

Demolition

A Poem by E
"

A poem describing the different perspectives people can have on the same thing. I wouldn't consider it to be up to the same stuff as some of my others, but I thought if put it out there.

"
An old building demolished
Nothing but rubble remains on the floor
A place where hundreds worked, reduced to dust in a matter of months
Some call it progress
Others, the cause of starving families
A few wonder if building it had any significance, now that it's crumbled
All I see is a bunch of rocks
