Monrovia the home of the brave

Monrovia the home of the brave

A Poem by Rubein Geterminah
"

Short poem

"
Monrovia the home of the brave
Reside all breed of men in their graves
Whose destinies are veered by circumstances
But amidst whatever, take chances
To keep the oil lamp burning
Though it may be extremely funny
Not all who strive become masters

Monrovia the home of the wakeful
Sleepers, (sons of Beowulf) in hateful
Situations & reproachful executions
By disappointments, rise to beat persecutions
Putting aside all chicken attitudes
So they sow in the Cosmo to the last attitude
For the sun to glow their faces.

Author's Note

Rubein Geterminah
Urban life entails lots.
Many peoples migrate to the city to improve themselves
But it's astonishing many dreams are hindered by their inabilities to posses finance.
But those who strive through sacrifices become successful; and calls for being stout
