There's only Darkness

There is only darkness where there is light

The only thing that will always be around

Once the light is gone there's again only Darkness.

The only thing that every human is afraid of

The darkness is a liar, a deceiver.

You must believe in the light
When no one is around you

The only thing to fear is fear itself.

Love is the strongest form of light there is
So keep your heart open to those you love

Never lose sight of the light

Or darkness will prevail over you and your soul.

There's a constant battle between light and darkness in every soul. Sometimes, we find ourselves lost in darkness. Often, we don't realize we've been in the darkness until we see light again. We have to keep our eyes on the light because the darkness is always there, waiting for us to fall into it's trap. This is an encouraging poem, full of depth and truth. Thanks for sharing!
