A Poem by t.m.
"

If only...

"
I could write
a million words
all over these pages,
just for you.
I could fill
every line
and the ones
in between.
I could build
a brand new world
where you could see
everything I do.
A place where you
could be the real you.
A place like fantasy
where the stars
can be held in pockets
collected like children
collect rocks.
You'd always have
a hand to hold.
You'd always know that
you're free
and you're loved.

I'm sorry that I never saw these before...

I like it. Feels like being carried/supported with the underlines

As someone still learning, why have you put a line through the 8th line? What does that imply or what is it supposed to make me think/feel?

The underlines are like notebook lines, the line through is in between.
