Be You

Be You

A Poem by C.C.
"

Just a poem I'd written a while ago. It may come off as slightly provocative, but I didn't make it so intentionally if that's what one thinks.

"

I want to change into you
Like the wind changes direction becoming something new
Stripping the things that hold us back
Fear, uncertainty, clothes, time

You've become a vapor
Wrapping around me body and soul
Thoroughly entrancing me
Clothing me in eternity

I wish I could drink you in
Enjoying you like my favorite glass of wine
Your strength a burst of flavor slipping over teeth and tongue
Awakening long dormant desires

My body quickens as thoughts of your tidal wave enveloping me becomes reality
A pool of mutual love and desire, all encompassing
Soaking you up until the me becomes a never-ending we

Take me there
On a breeze of your making
Until I am a whisper of wind too
Lost in the gentle circle of your earthly arms

Our passionate kiss becomes my answered prayer
My softly moaned amen
And the endless heaven I'd been waiting for
