The grammar is a little off, correct the tenses.
The light will burn when you embrace the dark.
Purity and innocence are rare to see.
But not everything is what it seems.

the first two lines emphasize that everything is corrupt and the last line says that there is still some hope left. There is a double innuendo in the last line as it also serves as a warning as not everything is not that good.

Thnk you for the review and yes the grammar is off. But due to my mother's nagging of vacations and plans with her only daughter for summer. My time was stripped away until the expiration date of our last departure. And I have not been sleeping well so this is my result.
