Lone Wolf

It's hard to see through a blistering storm,

you feel so alone with a heart badly torn..

The lone wolf without a pack to his name,

wander the world alone to the end of his days.

No one's around and you feel so alone,

left behind with no place to call home.

One step further and still no one there,

there's a distant call on the cool winter air.

Author's Note

Just a short poem I made for a friend of mine.. ^^
The very last line is supposed to show that the "lone wolf" isn't alone, and that his pack is just a quick howl away... if that makes sense to the rest of you who aren't all about wolves like my friend and I are. lol x)
