I can relate---Happens to me all the time,
I like the brevity of the poem. It befits the subject
of the brevity of memory. The lack of detail adds to the feeling of frustration of not remembering.

Simple and short poem. This happens with everyone I guess. Sometimes we just don't remember and sometimes things like Deja Vu too happens.
