Out Of Body

My sleep paralysis sometimes makes me have out-of-body experiences while falling asleep or waking up. It feels like part of me leaves my body and disperses into the universe.

A ride on angels' wings

A darkened sky above

Out of your mind a ring

Getting ahold of

The rest of the universe

Now fading with your skin

A galaxy immersed

All of existence is therein

Someone calls your name

Reeling you to shore

Falling back to land

The stars leaving your core

You're back again as one

And the planets stalk the sun
