Who?

Who?

A Poem by L.E.Osborne
"

Feeling lost, I'm sure you can relate at least I hope you can...

"
To my friends I'm savvy.
I have a way with words.
To my friends I have it locked,
I'll fly high with the birds.

To my friends I've conviction,
A moral compass true.
To my friends I'm happy,
I know just what to do.

To my mum I'm stable,
a picture of control.
To my dad I'm wisdom,
pure both of heart and soul.

But to myself I'm broken,
my head is just a cage.
To myself I have no hope,
and full of fear and rage.

To myself I'm lost,
I have no home in me.
To myself I know,
I'm not half who I hoped I'd be.
