True Bliss

True Bliss

A Poem by Chip
"

An improved version of my original love sonnet 'Beauty At Its Finest'.

"
More beautiful than the stars and skies,
Is the look in your bright eyes when you smile.
You consume me whole with those deep eyes,
It makes me want to delve in for a while.

You make my heart burn with flares of fire,
It could keep us paired for eternity.
You're the only one, without you I'd tire.
Your pure skin and looks are of a true rarity.

It is only you that makes up my life.
Your velvet lips comfort me in dark times.
It hurts sometimes to miss you like knife.
I need you so bad I'd commit a crime.

I think of you when I see bright beautiful doves,
Because they're the most beautiful creature.
I want to be by your side in your grave,
Because I love your every feature.

I've sent love through everything but a kiss,
But if I could everything would just be so bliss.

This was very lovely.

The emotion of love and desire is shown easily (and beautifully) through your words. I think the third stanza is a bit lacking in comparison with the others, but it's not terrible at all!

"It hurts sometimes to miss you like knife." This kind of confused me somewhat at first, but I do believe you're saying something like, 'It hurts to miss you a lot.' Right?

This was VERY, VERY good. :)

I really like this, but don't have time to give you a proper review. When I have time, I'll post another, sorry :P But I really enjoyed it!
