From Ashes bring Flames

From Ashes bring Flames

A Poem by Noename

Ages,

It seems to take that long...

As the wind blows the tender kindle,

While the flicker of  orange breaths from it's frail life.

Decades,

Though not the true time,

             The internal clock says otherwise

                    As a dead flame fights...

Minuets, all needed to change that time,

        To liven that flickering orange.

From the ashes, arduous flame  bursts forth.

A small doing in such long time.

Seconds,

        Before it's strength ignites,

before it's time of labor pays back what it was saving for.

A flicker, Minor as it seems, a start of things to come,

resembling what once was,

          And what soon can be.

This is your best..................you know the flame will grow, will comeback, become even stronger ... as if you are willing it. I am very glad I asked for my larger font thanks ever so much. This was worth the wait.
