Papering the craic

Papering the craic

A Poem by Tony Jordan
"

Old wounds can be ignored

"
do not seek to
walk before you can run
~ moreso ~
if you've run with champions
before
scars will heal
but Time is never repaid
muscle memory
stirs from slumber
as a belief in Self
 an eternal flame
~ make it so ~

and remember always

Magick is real

What Ken said.
He is, as usual, concisely comprehensive and profoundly insightful.
You're not so bad, yourself.

This almost seems a lesson in patience. Don't rush through your experiences, don't miss the magick that's all around you. Nice job Tony.

Could not agree more. About both old wounds and magick. Magick is real and all around us all the time. This is actually quite a lovely lyrical piece this that flows gently onto the surface of the mind and entreats the reader towards the same calm but intelligent ideals. You are important! This we should believe.
